My first skin care and beauty treatments came at an early age. (I believe I was 8 when my younger sister and I would play "Make-over.") Growing up with two sisters was not only endearing, but educational. We practiced our blue eye shadow on each other. Teased each other's hair, (sometimes getting the appliances and/or combs stuck.)
After a decade in the corporate, call center world, my younger sister "dared" me to do something I wanted to do with my life. So I got my massage license. How I loved helping people this way! The best compliment is when the client is snoring on my table. That's a great sign of relaxation!
Years later, wanted to incorporate skin care with massage, so I went back to school to get my esthetics license. It's wonderful to combine the two fields. You can really get full relaxation with a facial and massage! Ahhh

I have been a fully licensed cosmetologist for over 8 yrs now. Growing up with a background in the beauty industry, I spent my summers starting at the age of 14 in my aunts salon learning. By the time I was 18, I had graduated from beauty school and was in the salon working.
My main focus is on esthetics. I am obsessed with anything and everything to do with makeup and skin care. Especially airbrush tanning, everyone is always so afraid to get a tan. After their first tan they are hooked and wonder why they ever waited so long to try it.
